JOB PURPOSE
In line with the Yacht Club luxury concept, the Yacht Club Guest Service Agent ensures appropriate guest engagement and impeccable hospitality experience, anticipating guests' needs and exceeding their expectations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Welcomes guests with a warm and friendly disposition, making them feel at ease;
- Provides information and general assistance to guests;
- Answers phone calls and attends to guests' requests in a professional and timely manner;
- Handles guests' complaints immediately;
- Performs all necessary administrative tasks;
- Manages a variety of financial transactions: cash deposit in guest's account, credit card transactions and he/she is responsible of a cash float
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent English, oral and written and at least 3 additional European languages among Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish and French; Mandarin knowledge is a plus;
- High School certificate;
- Experience as Guest Service Agent/Concierge in luxury resorts and/or cruise ships;
- Impeccable grooming;
- Excellent communication and customer care skills;
- Problem solving skills;•Teamwork in a multicultural environment;
- Knowledge of Fidelio System;•Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Publisher
