Responsibilities
- Organization and control of service compliance in accordance with 5* hotel standards
- Family arrival / departure preparation: baggage packing, on-board meals packing in accordance with established standards
- Service personnel control in terms of service maintenance
- Organization of service at the facilities
- Participation in the completion of the facilities according to established standards, organization of procurement
- Control of the living zones configuration according to established standards
- Facilities inventory
Requirements
- Managerial wrk experience in the family, Hotel or restaurant segment
- EU citizenship
- Russian, English and/or French lamguages proficiency
- Working experience working with direct reports
