Optimise performance and efficiency of these channels (EDM/Push/SMS) by working with relevant departments based in Hangzhou/France, as Product, Algorithms, UX3. Develop localised communications and improve the attractiveness the content per channel (EDM, Push, SMS)4. Design different kinds of communication contents to attract French users: promotional, customer lifecycle, trigger...5. Data analysis and monitoring by multiple dimensions and develop improvement plans accordingly6.
