Description: You will work mainly with the operational team, realize missions to transform tools, processes and staff on following main topics: purchasing, operational performance, staff management and be a contributor to increased performance, follow-up implementation of action plans, being the focal point for support and problem solving, measure and report results obtained versus expectations RESPONSIBILITES Works in collaboration with site management teams, operation managers, country manager and Group experts (Purchasing, QHSE, Cost Control, IT/IS) Be representative and animator for performance initiatives Communicate the performance vision and priorities defined by the CIS Group and the Country manager Ensure understanding and adherence of staffs to the performance vision and priorities Identify blocking points and coordinate interactions with CIS Group experts Perform diagnosis on specific topics using defined methodologies (cost analysis, performance data analysis, root cause analysis, process maturity grid, problem solving) Coordinate the definition of performance improvement objectives of subsidiary/sites and of the associated levers/roadmap in coordination with CIS Group (organization of brainstorming sessions and workshops, helping in prioritizing ideas, taking the lead on planning preparation) Define and formalize detailed action plans (week level at minimum) to meet defined objectives in coordination with site management teams and country central operational teams that should include: Deployment of performance processes and tools from Group and Training of local staff Follow progress and measure results against expectations Manage routines to track progress/deviations to plan, agree on corrective actions with local staff and issue related reports to country management and to the Group Support development of the CIS Group performance vision, tools and processes Propose ideas for improvement and participate to the improvement of performance tools and processes Apply and give frequent returns on experience on Group performance methodologies and tools (data analysis, CSCM, menu engineering, dashboards, maturity grids and gates, ?) Report best practices developed in countries and proven successes to country management and Group Organize workshops between Group staff Profil recherché: REQUIREMENTS Master?s Degree Business or Engineering, or operational education 3+ years? working experience in a similar position in the remote sites field with management functions and having capabilities/proven experience in performance development or proven experience in Analytics, Auditing, Problem Solving, or Project Management in other environments Strong interpersonal skills and team player Diplomacy, negotiation skills, open minded Strong analysis skills and process design Rigor, method, organization and adaptability Russian native mandatory, Proficiency of English Ready for business trip all around Russia up to 50% of work
