You will be working closely with internal tech and global marketing teams on optimizing operations processes and business models. Responsibilities: Overview on regional / key country performance of central marketing activitiesLead ideation, strategy, creation of experiment roadmap, to raise the regional user growthDevelop compelling industry and consumer insights using a variety of internal and external sources for the region Work with relevant business owners and country managers to help them develop new strategies to relentlessly push operational standards to the next level, shape the business model, and execute accordinglyPartner closely with Lifecycle and performance marketing teams to promote growth initiatives across the most effective channelsBe the key owners for project management in turnkey projectsRequirements:A minimum of 5 years of proven success in a similar roleExperience in leading operations and marketing, strong understanding of growth tactics, and a proven track record of working with high-performing teamsData-focused. Ability to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze the data. You will push the company to be more data-driven in its approach to excellenceStrong strategic and highly hands-onSolid interpersonal skills. Ability to build and manage strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partnersEntrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter and leader who evaluates the risks and rewards of running an innovative sustainable operationA passion for crypto and digital assets.
