Recruitment officer

Description: Responsibilities Within the Human Resources department composed of 10 people, you will contribute to the HR strategy by attracting and selecting the desired talents.Your main missions:You will work in support of the recruitment manager and take charge of recruitment related to software activities, by : - Analyzing the needs with the managers- Writing and distributing job offers internally and externally- Searching for candidates on job boards, social networks, pools and other levers, - Selecting profiles on the basis of CVs and telephone interviews that you will conduct independently- Ensuring the follow-up of the candidates in the recruitment process - Ensuring the follow-up of the integration of the candidates- Reporting regularly on your activityAs a search manager, you will be at the heart of our company's growth issues. Qualifications You have good analytical and evaluation skills, you are comfortable with the sourcing process and have successful experience in the recruitment field (long internship, work-study, first position, etc.). Experience in an ESN is desirable.You have a good level of English.You have a strong interest in understanding the businesses for which you recruit. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to convince candidates to join us.
