Our portfolio ranges from natural flavors, extracts and colors, beverage bases and fruit preparations to functional ingredients and food service solutions.Reporting to the Area Director WEU/AFR the Sales Manager France will increase our market share in the Sweet Goods & Dairy market segments (Sweet Goods, Dairy, Dairy Alternatives and Specialized Nutrition) by promoting the full ingredient pantry ADM has to offer (Natural Flavors &Colors, Fruit preparation, plant based proteins, Soluble fibers, Vanilla-Mint-Herbal Extracts, Pre-/Postbiotics) and by providing our superior service to existing and new customers.Main Responsibilities:Responsible for our Sales in France including Key AccountsDeveloping and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies inside FranceIncreasing the project pipelineReaching and increasing all sales figuresControlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers Establishing and developing long-term customer intimacyMonitoring the market and identify new market potentialDevelopment of customer concepts in cooperation with product management andapplication and product developmentR&D project managementQualifications, Skills and ExperienceDegree in food technology or business administrationProfessional experience in the BtB food, Dairy or Specialized Nutrition/ingredient business ? minimum 5 yearsFlexible and willingness to travel regularly within France (30-50%)Native speaker French and excellent English language skillsBased on a home office in France Enthusiasm for innovation and new market segmentsself-dependend working style, initiative and ability to work under pressureTeam spirit and strong communication and presentation skillsStrong customer and service orientation and technology skillsBusiness development mindsetOur offerChallenging tasks, short decision-making processes and a high level of personal responsibilityAn informal company atmosphere and great scope for developing your own ideasExcellent career opportunities in a global company of the food and beverage industry An attractive remuneration package and additional company benefits
