As a Senior Director Market Access you will increase market access and obtain appropriate value-based reimbursement for Cepheid?s innovative and high medical value offer in EMENA and create favorable environment for Cepheid to operate in (Policy and Funding)In this role you will:Direct the activities related to market access for EMENA Lead, develop and support the European GAMA team to successfully implement national market access plans to support value-based pricing and reimbursementDefine with other functions (Medical and Scientific Affairs, marketing local or global, Public Affairs) strategic objectives and develop market access action plan strategyCollaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and executive management to foster Cepheid?s market access leadership in the industryConduct primary research with payers and KOLsSupport internal & external communication or training material regarding market access issuesWe are looking for a professional with:Bachelor?s/Master's degree with a minimum 15 years of experience in Market AccessAt least 4 years experience in managing peopleExtensive knowledge of reimbursement and funding processes for diagnostic medical products in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and UK.Excellent management skills and an authentic desire to nurture and grow an international teamMasters spoken and written English (fluency in other European languages is a plus)Working knowledge of biological processes and/or diagnostic testing is a plusOur offerYou will be part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.You will work in a leading global company, with a leader who cares about you, your strengths and will help you to develop the best possible version of yourself.At Danaher, your potential is amplified.
