Description: Based in CWT?s headquarters in Paris, the Employee Labor Relations (ELR) Specialist will be responsible for all Labor Relations matters for France with circa 900 employees in three different entities covering Business Travel, Corporate Functions and Meetings and EventsYou will collaborate with our global Human Resources team (HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise), our managers and leaders on all topics relating to the company's industrial relations and labor law. Working in an HR team of seven you will support and drive the social climate of the company, the development and implementation of the social plan as well as the application of social legislation both individually and collectively. Main responsibilities will include: Lead and direct the Works Council meetings and negotiations to deliver the HR strategy and People Agenda for CWT Work closely with external legal counsel for guidance and advice on Employment Law matters Advise and guide leaders and managers, members of global and local HR teams on the application of social legislation; support them in the resolution of their individual cases by ensuring the proper application of French Labor law Be aware of all legal updates relative to Employment and labor legislation and ensure that CWT aligns with changes to the law in a time appropriate manner Working closely with the Head of ELR, agree the direction and be the Chair of staff representative bodies, preparation, facilitation and follow-up of meetings maintaining a constructive social dialogue Organize and plan the various negotiations within the necessary timelines and organize Negotiation Schedules Prepare communications for Employees and Managers on the Agreements reached and make the information accessible Monitor and review Agreements, implementation of commitments, implementation of quantitative and qualitative indicators Management of litigation, individual and collective disputes #LI-SVQualificationsExperience & education: Experience 2 years experience in an HR environment HR Certifications preferred Diploma in Human Resources / Social Relations / Social Law Significant experience in labor relation management and company negotiation Solid knowledge of French Social legislation Knowledge of payroll administration would be an advantage Languages Fluency in both French and English Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) Passion to make a difference Caring and Integrity Able to work on own initiative and under pressure Organised with an eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to interact with all people at all levels in a caring confident manner Analytical ability and taste for project management Ability to manage crisis situations Desire to evolve in a matrix and international environment in transformation Autonomy and power of proposal Interpersonal skills (especially with staff representatives)
