Description: Job PurposeOversee and supervise the firm?s Transaction Regulatory Reporting solutions and reporting obligations. Ensure all aspects of the firms reporting obligations are undertaken in a timely, accurately and complete way in conjunction with our respective external reporting providers and internal business units and in strick compliance with each respective regulatory reporting regime. Represent the firm on all aspects of our reporting framework including at internal and external Board?s, local National Competent Authority and with our Clients Key Accountabilities ? Oversee the firms Transaction Regulatory Reporting oversight and controls for all regulatory regimes including the following o EMIR Transaction Reporting o SFTR Transaction Reportingo ASIC Transaction Reportingo MiFDI II APA and ARM Transaction Reporting ? Manage and supervise the Operations Transaction Regulatory Reporting Control Team?s timeliness, completeness and accuracy controls across all of the respective reporting regimes ? Ensure the firms ongoing reporting solution and framework is in strick compliance with each respective regulatory reporting framework and market best practice.? Ensure a robust control framework has been defined, implemented and in place for all reporting regime ? Undertake regulatory watch to anticipate any evolution in transaction reporting at a regulatory level ? Provide comprehensive internal management & board reporting on our regulatory reporting services? Represent the firm on all aspects of our reporting framework across the firm, with internal and external Board?s and with local National Competent Authority? Act as the main point of contact for Clients / AXA IM Client Relationship Management on all Transaction Regulatory Reporting activities ? Manage the relationship with all appointed external reporting providers and undertake periodic on-site due diligence of all reporting providers.? Provide thought leadership and lead the transformation of our Transaction Regulatory solutions. Education/ Qualifications? Master?s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics or related subject ? Prince 2 qualified Experience? Representing firms at a senior level on transaction regulatory reporting? Indepth knowledge and experience of transaction regulatory reporting across multiple reporting regimes ? Indepth knowledge and experience of regulatory interpretation and regulatory data traceability? Knowledge of a range of products including OTC / Exchange Trades Derivatives, Equities and Bonds ? Project Management and Business Change Management delivery within a large scale firmKnowledge and Skills? Strong experience in developing and implementing complex operational support processes in a strict regulatory environment? Proven ability to resolve complex issues using a win-win approach? Fluent in English and local language (if not English)? Very strong communication and influencing skillsKey Competencies? Strong process improvement / process evolution mindset?
