Global Training Specialist

Description: *Training Specialist will *work across many departments and stakeholders at Biomarkers business within Clinical Diagnostics Division to ensure that the training developed meets the needs of each target customer group and is aligned with the goals of the business segment. The role will be responsible of developing and executing of global training strategy and calendar.*How you will make an impact:*You will be leading creation of a global training strategy for the business segment to ensure effective training of the target to support business growth. You?ll work with several stakeholders to execute, track and report out training performance. The role will be also working closely with Digital Training specialist to develop, launch and manage a new LMS platform *Key responsibilities*Develops training strategy covering different internal and external target groups in collaboration with functional leads. Develops and manages global training calendar for the business Develops strategy and road map for LMS in collaboration with Digital training specialist Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods. Analyzes and assess training and development needs for target customers Selects or develops training aids and supports development of digital/online training tools Supports Clinical Marketing and other functions in conducting virtual and in-person trainings Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to communicate, deliver and document training programs*Requirements** 3+ years? experience in training management and LMS* Passionate about learning technologies and must have an experience in working as part of a learning and development team* Experience in conducting virtual and in-person trainings* Experience in training strategy and plan development and execution* Prior experience in managing LMS platforms, with preference for experience in Pharmaceutical and/or MedTech industry.* Experience in working as a part of global matrix organization* Experience in digital-transformation and change management processes* Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines* Result-driven, establishing high standards for trainings, setting goals for the educational portal development and being accountable for results* Ability to collaborate with multiple teams at all levels of the organization as well as with external vendors.* Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360* Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simpler terms.* Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
