Mission

Within the Asset Management & Portfolio ? Real Estate & Hospitality EMEA, you have to ensure the portfolio management for a defined number of transactions booked in Europe ? Middle East ? Africa across different sectors.

Tasks & responsibilities

This front office responsibility includes inter alia:

proactive management of each transaction in your portfolio (monitoring of the construction, operations, financials,??)

preparation and follow up of all the waivers : negotiations with the borrower, the sponsors and the pool of banks, preparation and submission of the internal memo, implementation in the legal documentation

preparation and submission of the Annual Reviews in line with the bank and the business line policies and procedures in order to properly monitor the risks including business line revision of ratings and LGD and revision of the KYC requirements

if need be, preparation and submission of the Watch List forms and recommendation of provisions

information of the Business Line Management of all key events impacting your accounts

in light of the O2D objectives, contribution to the optimization of the portfolio (identification of sale or refinancing opportunities, line by line valorization of the portfolio,??)

You will maintain close relationships with the different Origination & Structuration desks, with the Middle-Office, Back-Office, Restructuring, Fixed Income, Distribution, with Compliance, Risk, Legal and other departments within the Bank.

You will also coordinate the relationship with external actors like Borrowers, Agents, Banks, Auditors, Investors, external counsels (legal, technical, financial,?.).
