Position Summary: To reinforce the Crossnowledge UX team, the UX designer will be responsible for the User Experience and product design. This central position within the product team will work closely with the product managers to build the product vision. The UX designer will collect the needs and identify real pain points in collaboration with the Product, Customer Insight, and Brand Product team. Interactions with users, customers, and internal stakeholders co-create solutions and test usability to validate the design. An intermediate-level professional position requires experience in a functional area, but the incumbent is still acquiring knowledge and experience in the discipline. Solves a range of straightforward problems using knowledge learned on the job and by applying standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager. Primary responsibilities: Conduct user research in collaboration with Customer Insight teams to identify problem space and opportunitiesCo-create solutions with users that address real customer pain points.Coordination and execution of usability test and validation of the solutions based on the Feedback loop, A/B testing, Beta-testing, Dark/soft launch.The UX designer is responsible for building the product vision in collaboration with Customer Insight, brand product, and product teams and ensuring internal stakeholders' alignment. Stakeholders include Product, Sales, Client Success, Academy, Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing, Client Care.
