Mechanical Technician

Description: Role Summary:The repair technician is in charge of repairs of mechanical equipments in service workshop. Occasionally, intervention on customer site. Responsibilities & Requirements: Main tasks and responsibilities: Disassembly of the equipment to be controledAfter disassembly, establishment of the list of defective parts to be ordered by the technical leader or the supervising QRCStorage of the dismantled pumpAfter "Customer" order and receipt of the necessary PDR, possibly sandblasting and machining of the preserved parts, preparation for reassembly and finally reassembly according to instructionsAir tightness testsPossible lineage if motor-pump groupsPreparation for paintingPainting in the cabinFixing on pallet and placing in shipping areaResponsible for storage, workshop cleanliness and 1st level equipment maintenanceIntervention on "Customer" sites for commissioning or troubleshooting Preferred Experience / Skills: ? Mechanical training or maintenance BEP, BAC Pro or BTS. ? Knowledge in the repair of pumps or rotating machinery is appreciated ? Knowledge of mechanics, plan reading and machining - turning ? Team spirit ? Communication of information ? Safety oriented
