Work with analysts to provide issue resolution utilizing supply chain technologies. Perform testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner. Primary activities include client communication, testing, issues resolution, and post implementation support.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSFour-year bachelor?s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field1 year of experience developing, supporting or implementing [packaged] application software6 months experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational databaseRequires up to 50% travel.
