Description: Mission/Purpose of the Job:To deliver frontline support in key operational activities including installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products, with key areas of focus being on safety and quality whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities:Undertakes all maintenance activities (including installation and commissioning) of Edwards products in line with Edwards global standards, whilst ensuring complete customer satisfactionProvides front line support for key field service activities at customer sites ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfactionConducts basic faultfinding and troubleshooting support in order to resolve or escalate issues within the agreed contractual timeframes in order to meet customer expectationsConducts all field service activities within the boundaries of all applicable regulations, policies and procedures to ensure organisational, safety and health obligations are met. Risk control elements covering all relevant aspects of the field service role must be adhered to always.Provides detailed and accurate feedback on activities and compiles clear and concise reports for submission to the line manager and/or technical support to enable informed decisions to be made to resolve product issuesUses Edwards processes and operating platforms to accurately capture service related information as determined by the scope of responsibility for creation of field service notifications and orders, through to completionSkills / Knowledge / ExperienceStrong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and timeframes, whilst working in alignment with Edwards strategies and processesProactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand customer?s businessAbility to share technical expertise and knowledge and provide coaching to less experienced team membersCollaborates and supports with team members to deliver company objectivesComplies with all applicable laws, policies and standards to ensure organisational, safety and health obligations are metGood written and verbal communication skills.
