Business Operational Excellence Expert & Projects(F/M)

Your role: As Operational Excellence Expert and Projects, you push forward continiuous improvement within the EMEA Customer Excellence Team in the Process Solutions, Life Scienc Business Area (End-to-end portfolio in drug manufacturing). You lead projects and initatives to execute our global strategy, foster digitalization and improve the "Order to Cash" transactional processes. You evaluates process effectiveness with metrics you establish with reporting tools and collaborate with internal Business Partners on (global) cross divisional projects. As Operational Excellence you develop a continuous improvement culture in our Customer Excellence Team you pilot and execute with Lean and Six Sigma Belts. You mentor others' improvement projects and collaborate with the Global Operational Excellence community. You act as a change agent. You are comfortable in a dynamic organization. The position is based in Molsheim - France. Who you are : - Minimum of bachelor?s degree in business management or related education field - 3-6 years professional experience in a customer facing environment - Project management skills with certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Black Belt appreciated - Experienced working international or multi-cultural team - Good coaching and communication skills with capacity to influence peers - Strong organizational skills - Computer skills: Excel advanced.
