As a Technical Recruiter, you?ll work closely with our Sourcers, Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to develop and deliver creative strategies targeted towards hiring the best talent and help grow our Data Science, Data Engineering and Specialised Analytics teams across International including; London, Zurich, Tel Aviv, Singapore (among other global sites)Technical Recruiter, Analytics (Data Science, Engineering & Specialised) ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle recruiting, creating innovative hiring strategies and partnering closely with hiring managers to bring the best talent to each roleDevelop and execute fully comprehensive hiring plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matchesCoordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our search strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysisRegularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholdersFacilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and resultsEstablish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer lettersMinimum QualificationsProven full-cycle technical recruiting experienceExperience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidatesDeep understanding of candidate care and balancing process with candidate experienceKnowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration toolsExperience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teamsExperience influencing and driving towards resultsProven ability to screen for both technical skills and role suitabilitySolid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, external communitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience hiring into Product focused teams or experience working on complex technical pipelines/requisitionsExperience hiring for Analytical roles (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Growth Analysts, Decision Science etc)Strong knowledge of Analytical technical skills (SQL, Python, Scala, R, Statistics, Data Transformation, Experimentation, A/B Testing etc.)International recruitment experience & a knowledge of global recruitment practicesLocationsData CenterAbout the Facebook company Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
