Description: To provide customers with top quality service in order to establish a great experience according with Dolce & Gabbana philosophy and culture. ?Interact with customers, take orders for drinks; ?Plan and present bar menu; ?Serve drinks to the customer; ?Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks; ?Assess customers? needs and preferences and make recommendations; ?Ability to Sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling; ?Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing drinks and Snacks; ?Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner; ?Maintain liquor inventory and consumption; ?Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies; ?Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for Mixing beverages and serving guests; ?Stay customer focused and nurture an excellent customer experience. ?Showing guests to tables during Bar service ?Greeting and escorting guests with a professional and positive attitude ?Oversea the flow of guests within the restaurant ?Manage the reservations and shift of the team ?Maintain ambience of restaurant ? lighting, music, cleanliness, hygiene ?Oversea and pro-actively deal with guest queries and complaints ?Advising guests on menus & beverage choices ?Checking and dealing with guests Special Occasion arrangements
