Principal IC Analog Design Architect Engineer - Automotive

Description: Responsibilities:You will be in charge of leading design architecture for the SoC or for IC modules, like Analog Front End.You have the responsibility to translate a Specification into a design architecture.Thanks to your strong analog design background, you will be able to propose an optimal architecture in term of area, power consumption and performance.You will work closely with the system & digital architects to define an optimized mixed signal IC architecture.You will ensure that the architecture specification is fully understood by the design Team and ready for design implementation.You will also mentor the Design Team for the implementation.To be able to fulfill your missions you will be able to rely on a strong collaboration within the Design group but also from all the other technical groups within NXP.Your Profile:At least 10 years of experience in IC development.Strong expertise in analog design or mixed signal IC, including design for ESD & EMC robustness.Proven experience with IC in one of the following domains: power management, physical layers, signal processing theory and implementation, including data conversion, switched capacitors design.Experience with cross functional teams and good communication skills to operate in a global environment with multiple partners in Europe and Asia.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.Fluency in English language both oral and written.Knowledge of the Cadence IC tools, modelling tools like Matlab or System C.Experience in traceability requirements of the V-cycle (DOORS NG tool or equivalent).
