Tasks and activities :
In order to address the general lack of propylene from steam crackers, the dedicated propylene production technologies, Axens has developed a large portfolio of solutions to produce more propylene per barrel of crude oil, such as high propylene FCC. To achieve a high purity (polymer grade) of the produced Propylene, a Propylene Recovery Unit (PRU), including several distillation steps and further purification, is foreseen.
Assigned to the Process Licensing department of Rueil-Malmaison, the intern will be responsible for:
? Developing a master simulation for the Propylene Recovery Unit
? Based on the pressure profiles master files, creating a master Calculation note for PRU?s pumps
? Creating master calculation notes for several pieces of equipment: Special heat exchangers, columns, drums, ...
The trainee will be integrated in operational teams in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications:
Currently in your 2nd year of engineer school specialized in Process/Chemical Engineering you are looking for a 4 months intership.
