Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas) Cost negotiations and procurement Execute end to end RFQ/ RFP/ sourcing process All Non IT Procurement Management - HR Spend ( HR Insurance & Benefits, Compliance, Recruiters, Payroll Vendors etc) , Talent Acquisiton Spend (BCG, Assessments, Recruiters, etc), Facilities Spend ( Real Estate, House Keeping, Security, Maintenance, Utilities, Travel etc) , Marketing Spend (PR agencies, Marketing Compaign etc) , Finance Spend ( Finance Insurance & Auditing agencies etc), Training Spend ( Online Learning platfoms etc) & Misc. Spend. Negotiate pricing and discount structure with vendors and manage vendor selection for procurement New vendor development and Manage supplier performance Extensive experience in price negotiations and contract management Extensive knowledge of global market price points Come up with recommendations on alternate supply strategies to create cost savings and/or supply support solutions. Oversee day to day purchasing activities, including working with other regions to standardize processes.
