Description: Your challengeThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying strategies to grow the aftersales business within region.As a Regional Aftersales Manager at Linx , you will manage: Revenue and margin target for the after sales businessGrowth strategies for aftersalesImplementation of strategies and tactics for growthApplication of Standard Work and processes within Distribution partners in regionRegain opportunities of lost aftersales businessCritical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are: A flexible and creative professional style with a knack for building relationships, influencing and challenging the status quoAnalytical thinker who is able to review large amounts of data and derive relationships between various data points and formulate potential opportunity areasProactive and strategic thinker who first understands business and associate needs and is then keen to bring forward and test new ideas and industry-leading practices to bring a better communications experience to our associatesService-oriented, team player who seeks feedback to continuously improve programsExcellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret business needs to define communication requirements for a variety of audiencesYour Education and/or Background Experience will have: 5+ Years of working experienceBachelor?s degree in Engineering or EconomicsExperience and exposure in consumables or recurring business sales and business managementHistory of working in data driven sales analytics and strategic selling of consumables in a high volume, highly transactional and very competitive environment.
