Skills: Required Skills:- Strong Project Coordination Skills - Strong Communication skills in English (Knowledge of French or German Languages is a Plus) - Well aware of Aerospace Methods and Process in the frame of Business and IM. - Expertise in Windchill, with experience or ability to learn an in-house derivative; PASS SSI application - Familiar with or worked on projects following SAFe/ Agile methodologies (training can be provided) - Ability to perform impact analysis and develop a holistic / Bird eye view - Exposure to Aerospace PLM toolsets. - Understanding of the process and management of testing phases.Besides this, we realise it?s not just what you do, but how you do it, so you?ll also need to demonstrate these behaviours and qualities too: People Leadership: high motivation and ability to lead by example as a specialist, building trust and respect in the team, so growing and improving the businessEnjoys coaching others / sharing knowledgeGood communication skills, both in customer and employee context.
