Supports suppPrinciple duties ly base segmentation through research, analytics and recommendations. Ensure appropriate collaborative communication is occurring between strategic sourcing teams and shared services transactional teams. Principle duties and responsibilities: Provides operational support for the local procurement teams and first-pass sourcing recommendations. Responsible for feedback and process improvement for all e-sourcing activities. Also accountable for compliance management. Responsible for analyzing and reporting performance metrics to support needs of Commercial Council. Ensures appropriate collaborative communication is occurring between strategic sourcing teams and shared services transactional teams. Accountable for meeting aspirational training goals for 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process and Enhanced Sourcing Tools. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience prefered. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Business process fundamentals Skills required: Organization skills, strong Microsoft Access/Excel skills and/or other database programs, a team player, strong communication skills, influence skills, self directing, and ability to work in a very fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
