Product Designer

Description: As a product designer, you will be a pillar of your Product Squad, working hand in hand with the product manager and the developers. Your process of design and your solutions are creative and user centric but also fit with the market needs, the product vision, the costs and the technical environment to create ever better features. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product?s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our users? problems. You are obsessed with tracking performance, and have the data to prove what?s working and what isn?t.What you will do Driven and supported by the Lead Product DesignApply user research methodologies including user interviews, surveys, personas, user flowsCreate and animate co-design workshops in France but also in our foreign offices: research workshops, design sprints, user testsWork closely with the product manager, developers and the Product Squad and participate actively in all projects incuding design specifications, QA design, design debtProduce and iterate expected deliverables including wireframe, mockup, prototype, and conduct user tests systematically to validate the solution or iterateParticipate in our Product Design evangelization through blog articles, meet-ups, design related conferencesManage side-projects linked to user experience or main customer experience to learn and make the team more efficientWhat we are looking for At least 2 years experience as a UX/UI designer or a product designer, ideally at a software companyA portfolio of relevant design work Excellent knowledge of Figma, Zeplin and equivalentsUser-centered approach to designing software for peopleExperience working with engineers and product managers to drive the product strategy and executionGood knowledge of CSS, HTML and JS languages, and you have knowledge of back-end developmentGood communications skills with different types of profiles (engineers, sales people, C-levels etc.)Good time-management skills
