Description: About the departmentOur focus is getting the best people to work at Cloudflare and then allowing you to do your best work. You will work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers in the EMEA region to source passive and active technical candidates. What you'll doResponsibilities will include: Devise sourcing strategies to build future pipeline of qualified Engineering candidates for roles in anticipation of future needReview inbound applications in Greenhouse and triage as appropriatePhone screen technical candidates and qualify against key requirements of the hiring teamPartner with hiring managers and Recruiters to source diverse Engineering candidates, helping increase diversity at both the Individual Contributor and Manager levelsAchieving quarterly targets for number of sourced candidates interviewed and hiredIdentify and flag any issues with the search or ideal candidate profile to the Recruiter and hiring manager Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience Previous technical recruiting or market research experienceCreativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycleAbility to work effectively in a highly team-based environmentDemonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organisational skillsKnowledge or experience of Boolean searching or LinkedIn Recruiter advantageous
