Quality Partners Specialist

Description: Job Description:MISSIONAs part of the supplier quality policy defined by ATR, the expert is responsible for the contribution to:Manage operational quality for all relevant Suppliers covering first fit and aftermarket activities, including relevant subcontractors, and Partners: for Suppliers it concerns all flying products and for the non-flying products it relates to the scope having a direct impact on Aircraft?Being responsible for on-quality deliveries for Suppliers and Partners?Develop quality KPI to monitor on-quality performance and implement associated action plan to improve quality (set up and monitor quality improvement plan with the aim to improve customer satisfaction)?Perform the qualification of Suppliers and manage associated Supplier surveillance plan covering design/production/support scope?Perform industrial audits/assessments (IPCA+ like) for high risk Suppliers (Direct/Indirect/Partner scope) including Outstanding Work (OSW)?Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) for New Product Introduction (NPI) and for series modifications for which key industrial risks are identified.Manage Supplier/Partner quality operational issues at FAL (AM, CQLB, defect) and in-service (ISQS, MISP), in particular ensuring timely handling of the quality issues, setting up root cause analysis and implementing containment, corrective and preventive actions?In coordination with FAL and/or Aftermarket Supply Chain teams and any other ATR stakeholders as applicable, develop a common action plan (« one voice ») when there are important poor on-quality and on-time delivery performance from Suppliers ACTIVITIESHe is responsible for:- Analysis of production Non Conformities ?Anomalie de Montage? (AM) of each suppliers.- Perform continuous quality improvement through Corrective Action Requests (CAR) / Surveys / Quality Alert.- Manage and monitor requests for corrective actions during regular quality reviews (CAR, Non-conformity Report (NCR) from audits).- Carry out external audits according with Audit Quality plan.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Continuously analyze the Non-Quality (AM) of Major Airbus / Leonardo Subcontractors- Implement and monitor corrective actions to improve the manufacturing process, including preventive actions.- Contribute to technical data collection needed for CARs.- Perform weekly quality reviews and regular meetings managing KPIs.- Participation in the verification of the effectiveness of corrective measures- Propose improvement actions to meet the objectives.MAIN FINALS- Contribute to supplier?s quality improvement (CARs, audits, survey, monitoring plans, etc.) to meet ATR requirements.- Ensure customer satisfaction (Companies, Official Services, ATR Internal Divisions) taking into account flight safety, cost control and supply risk management.- Implement containment action for the repetitive and critical quality issues.- Reduce product Non-Conformities delivered by suppliers.PROFIL- Engineer (BAC+5) with 5 years in aeronautic context.- Mechanical and electrical knowledge related to aeronautical drawings and maintenance.- This role is accessible to the Senior Technician (BTS, DUT) with 10 years of experience in production.- Languages: French / Italian: read, write, spoken (fluent); Technical English: read, written, and spoken.Internal environment: - Have a good knowledge of the standards, procedures and industrial processes.- Knowledge of company organization would be a plus.- Multidisciplinary competences needed to active participation to working groups: reindustrialization group (FAI / FAA - LAI / LAA), assembly test, detail parts or subassemblies, search for root causes.- Management of periodic quality review with suppliers.- Produce and automatize KPIs by computer data input (SAP, ACPNG, crosscheck with supplier meetings, AM imputation analysis) and monthly report- High competence of Microsoft Office including macro.External environment:- Master Quality Assurance tools, quality audit techniques (internal / external).- Deep technical analysis of AMs (lack of characterization, incorrect imputation ...)- Taking into account the role transversally excellent soft skills.- Knowledge of complex organization of suppliers (Airbus ATR, Leonardo) would be a plus.- Transversal communication (Quality FAL, Supply, Design ...).- Target oriented skill.ATR is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
