We are looking for Project Management Officer. He/She : - assists on the definition, standardization & maintenance of processes, methodologies, deliverables and supporting toolchain, including associated templates, and supports continuous improvement - contributes to the monitoring & reporting of the performance of its entity internal processes (talents staffing, budget preparation & tracking, governance effectiveness) & of the delivered solutions & services.- contributes to internal communication On his/her scope : Assist on the definition, standardization & maintenance of processes, methodologies, deliverables and supporting toolchain, including associated templates, and support continuous improvement internal standard processes & methodology associated documentation/guidelines/training guides/applicable templates toolchain definition and maintenance Contribute to the monitoring & reporting of the performance of its entity internal processes & of the delivered solutions & services Monitor proper application of standards within the entity. Consolidate SLA, SLO and adoption KPIs related to delivered solutions/services Maintain dashboards & KPIs, and publish monthly reports Assist on monitoring the staffing level of the entity Contribute to SARs preparation Maintain the organization organization chart, referential of job descriptions with associated transversal, professional & technical skills Monitor application of HR processes (Appraisals, Career aspirations, Competences evaluation, training plans execution, etc...) Assist on consolidating / monitoring teams financial performance Monitor supplier contracts and licensing Analyze license demands Monitor and propose optimization of licenses stock with respect to capacity planning, users evolution (change of job role, departures, ?) Contribute to preparation of negotiation with vendors Prepare licenses invoices to concerned users Supports internal communication contribute to presentations, newsletters and/or webinars & cafezinhos and/or news on Valeo communication portal Let's talk about you... Engineer or Master of Science degree (in engineering, quality, information system) First experience in Industry, preferably Automotive industryFirst experience in Information System area management (requirements analysis, functional specification, development, testing, implementation of standards processes, documentation, dashboards, etc.)Knowledge of R&D / engineering metiers (mechanical, electronic, ..) Knowledge in software project / delivery management methodologies and in IS engineering applications or systems (mCAD, eCAD, data exchange, ..)
